HealthTrust Workforce Solutions, a wholly-owned subsidiary of HCA Healthcare, is seeking an Associate Recruiter Team III to support remote hiring across our facilities.

The role sources candidates, prequalifies applicants, and partners with recruiters to fill positions in healthcare settings. It also involves data maintenance and active candidate communication.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to work well independently and within a team environment.
• Experience using office productivity software tools like Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates primarily via telephone for existing candidates and new development to fill open positions.
• Maintain candidate profiles in the database and update information as needed.
• Prequalify candidates for position requirements.
• Provide information to candidates on job requirements, market, location, and availability.
• Submit qualified candidates to recruiters for review and approval.
• Follow up with recruiters on pending candidates and maintain communication with candidates.
• Occasionally assist hospital with verifying status of candidates post interview.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
