Job summary

BayCare is seeking a Talent Development Facilitator to create engaging learning experiences for its team members. The role supports new hire orientation, foundational and professional development programs in both classroom and virtual environments.

The position requires delivering high-quality training, coordinating logistics, and maintaining training records while partnering with Talent Development consultants to update materials and resources aligning with enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• One year of experience facilitating training, supporting onboarding, coordinating learning programs, delivering presentations, developing course materials, or supporting team member education.
• Bachelor's degree in Adult Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, Business, Healthcare Administration, Learning & Development, or a related field preferred.
• Professional certification in Facilitation, Instructional Design, or Learning Technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality training and onboarding programs for BayCare team members.
• Support participants throughout the learning process and coordinate program logistics.
• Maintain training records and evaluate learning outcomes to assess effectiveness.
• Develop, update, and enhance training materials, facilitator guides, and participant resources.
