Job summary

BayCare Medical Group in Tampa, FL is seeking an instructional lead to design, develop, and deliver education, compliance, technology, and clinical training for team members and physicians. You will implement standard and customized training programs and materials and conduct needs assessments to propose effective solutions.

The role requires travel to multiple locations with short notice; prior MA instructor experience is preferred; hybrid work arrangement; full-time schedule, shift 8am–4:30pm,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 3 years' experience in Physician Practice or an Associate Degree and 1 year training support experience.
• Previous MA Instructor experience strongly preferred.
• Requires travel to various locations with minimal notice.

Responsibilities

• Leads the instruction and implementation of education, compliance, technology, and clinical training initiatives for BayCare Medical Group team members and physicians.
• Designs, develops, and delivers both standard and customized training programs and materials.
• Conducts needs assessments and recommends training solutions. Provides elbow training in practice settings .
