Parkview Health is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant in Fort Wayne, IN, to deliver top-tier staffing services and guide candidates and hiring managers through the interview and selection process. You will execute full lifecycle recruiting and maintain excellent relations with candidates and the community at-large.

The role requires 3–5 years of recruitment experience, with preference for healthcare experience and knowledge of ATS systems, Oracle, and Microsoft Office.

Summary

Under the leadership of the Manager Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Consultant is responsible for providing the highest level of staffing services to Parkview Health. This position delivers high quality candidates through innovative recruitment strategies, while guiding candidates and hiring managers through the Parkview interview and selection process. This individual will perform a variety of professional and administrative functions in support of full lifecycle recruiting, maintain excellent relations with candidates, hiring managers and the community at-large.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or related field.

Licensure/Certification

Requires a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.

Experience

• Must have three to five years recruitment experience with an emphasis in full lifecycle recruiting with proven abilities to consult and manage recruitment processes in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a healthcare environment, a search firm/staffing agency, or an organization where human resources is strategically aligned to the core business is preferred.

Other Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of full life-cycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, employment law, wage and salary trends and relationship management.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of server- based applicant tracking systems and other related technology. Oracle experience preferred.
• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of applications, and online sourcing & pipeline building experience.
• Must demonstrate ability to build consultative relationships with hiring managers ensuring service excellence within all facets of the hiring life cycle.
• Must possess and maintain sufficient knowledge of recruitment to maintain credibility with all levels of staff.
• Must demonstrate ability to define creative recruitment strategies, thrive in a fast pace and results-oriented environment.
• Must be able to demonstrate organization & operation of daily work from candidate screening through hiring.
