Job Summary

Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition, the Nurse Recruitment Specialist plays a key role in delivering exceptional staffing services for Parkview Health. Is responsible for attracting and securing top nursing talent through innovative and effective recruitment strategies and assists with other duties as assigned. In collaboration with the broader Talent Acquisition team, helps plan and execute systemwide nursing recruitment initiatives focused on recruiting experienced nurses. Places a strong emphasis on relationship‐building, candidate engagement, and promoting Parkview Health to experienced nurses. Actively participates in the recruiting cycle including candidate outreach, attending recruitment events and conferences, representing Parkview at job fairs, and engaging in other outreach opportunities� all to strengthen Parkview’s nursing pipeline and elevate the Parkview Health brand within the nursing community.
