The Arcadia Family of Companies in Honolulu, HI is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruitment across departments, partnering with managers to understand staffing needs and deliver top healthcare talent. This full-time role emphasizes a high-volume, candidate-focused process aligned with our mission and values.

You will source, screen, and manage the end-to-end hiring cycle, coordinate with AFC Workforce Center, and continuously improve recruitment metrics to support organizational

Formación

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: 2-4 years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Technical: Proficiency in ADP for Recruitment (or other ATS), Microsoft Office, and Canva.
• Soft: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract healthcare talent.
• Source, screen, and build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from posting to onboarding in a high-volume environment.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and market trends.
• Utilize diverse sourcing methods including job boards, social media, referrals, career fairs, and networking.
• Represent AFC values and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Promote AFC as an employer of choice through presentations at schools and events.
• Manage relationships with temporary staffing agencies.
