• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of high-volume recruiting experience, with 1 year in HR (healthcare industry preferred).
• Proven success in fast-paced hiring environments and knowledge of healthcare recruitment is preferred.
• Proficiency in ADP for Recruitment (or other ATS), Microsoft Office Suite, and Canva.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a results-driven mindset.

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract healthcare talent for clinical and non-clinical roles.
• Source, screen, and build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from posting to onboarding in a high-volume setting.
• Partner with hiring managers on role requirements, market trends, and job descriptions to improve candidate experience.
• Utilize diverse sourcing methods including job boards, social media, referrals, and events.
