Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-4 years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Proficiency in ADP for Recruitment, Microsoft Office, and Canva.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract healthcare talent.
• Source, screen, and build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from posting to onboarding in a high-volume environment.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and market trends.
• Represent AFC values and conduct recruitment presentations at schools and community events.
