Job summary

Meridian Healthcare is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract and welcome qualified professionals dedicated to serving the community. You will partner with hiring managers, educational institutions, and community partners to build a positive candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

You will manage job postings, screenings, interviews, and onboarding activities while maintaining strong relationships with applicants and stakeholders.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Associate degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of two years in recruiting or related HR field.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment: postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and communication.
Partner with hiring managers to plan staffing needs and timelines.
Conduct screenings and phone interviews to assess fit.
Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future roles.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and managers and support onboarding.
