Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in HR/Business/Communications preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in recruiting or HR-related role requested.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS and recruitment platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment activities and communications.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines.
• Screen applicants and conduct phone interviews for fit.
• Develop pipelines for current and future openings.
• Coordinate interviews and onboarding activities.
