Job summary

Serenity Hospice Care is seeking a dedicated Support System Specialist to deliver technical and operational support to field staff and office personnel. You will troubleshoot Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and Vitalis, assist with Microsoft Office tools, and coach staff on proper technology usage.

You will collaborate with clinical and administrative teams, manage user accounts, and help improve workflows while ensuring confidentiality and security of patient information.

Qualifications

Experience providing technical or software support in healthcare settings.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and/or Vitalis preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide timely technical support to staff for computer systems, software, mobile devices, and access issues.
Assist users with troubleshooting and resolving Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and Vitalis related problems.
Support system navigation, data entry, login/access issues, and basic application troubleshooting.
Provide guidance and training on software and technology usage.
Document issues and resolutions and maintain records of user requests.
