Job summary

University Health is seeking a highly skilled Computer Systems Analyst to oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of critical information systems across clinical, financial, and administrative functions. You will ensure seamless operations, optimize performance, and support technology upgrades.

You will analyze system requirements, design solutions, configure applications, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while adhering to policies and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data processing, mathematics, business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum of six years of programming and system analysis experience across multiple platforms.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language and data management methodology.
• Working knowledge of SQL, .NET, VB, and C# with MS SQL Server.
• Familiarity with Management Studio, SSIS, and SSRS.
• Proficiency in Windows operating systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance for building, implementing, and maintaining computer systems across clinical, financial, and admin functions.
• Schedule and manage complex system tasks including programming, testing, and deployment per policy.
• Analyze requirements, design solutions, and configure applications to meet needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to upgrade systems and add features.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes for reliability.
• Document configurations, procedures, and user guides for maintenance and training.
• Participate in project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Stay current with industry trends to recommend innovative, secure solutions.
• Support end-user training and provide technical support for system usage.
