Job summary

Qualifications

• Masters degree or advanced clinical degree from an accredited college or university, or
• Baccalaureate degree plus 1 year of experience documenting and gathering requirements for software implementations in clinical/healthcare settings, or
• A satisfactory combination of education, training and experience.
• Specialty certification(s) issued by a national program or professional body may count toward work experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess, design, develop and implement system-wide clinical systems under varying directions.
• Transform large data sets into meaningful business requirements and documentation.
• Collaborate with business users, project managers, IT staff and leadership to scope benefits and risks.
• Develop requirements documents for design and implementation of clinical information systems.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with departmental standards and change control processes.
• Plan and lead meetings, facilitate workgroups and manage follow-up activities.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior analysts and project team members.
