Job summary

SmithRx in Lehi, Utah is seeking energetic call center specialists to deliver world-class member support for pharmacy benefits. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, educate members about benefits, and strive for one-call resolutions in a fast-paced environment.

60-day onsite training at the Lehi office with 100% attendance, followed by assigned shifts. Monday–Friday schedule with rotating weekends/holidays; local candidates only. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a call center environment.
• Must be located local to Lehi, UT and work onsite.
• Proficiency in Windows, MS Office, and G-Suite.
• Excellent listening and communication skills; empathetic approach.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to members, physicians, and pharmacies.
• Follow-up, resolve, and document member issues; route inquiries as needed.
• Educate members about their pharmacy benefits and strive for one-call resolution.
• Maintain HIPAA and protect personal information in all interactions.
