SmithRx is hiring for a call center specialist to join our Lehi, Utah team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, educate members about pharmacy benefits, and work toward one-call resolutions while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

We seek individuals with strong communication, follow-through and data-entry skills, who thrive in a fast-paced health-tech environment and care about helping people.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of call center experience required.
• Strong communication, empathy and listening skills.
• Proficiency in Windows, MS Office, and G-Suite.

Responsabilités

• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to members, physicians, and pharmacies.
• Follow-up, resolve and document issues; route inquiries to the appropriate department.
• Educate members about their pharmacy benefits and provide high-quality service.
• Strive for a one-call resolution while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
• Demonstrate urgency and a patient-centric approach in all interactions.
