Job summary

SmithRx seeks dedicated call center agents in Lehi, Utah to deliver world-class member service. Training lasts 60 days onsite, with a 3-week session from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm MT before transitioning to assigned shifts. Shifts run Monday–Friday with rotating weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a call center environment.
• Must be located local to Lehi, Utah; onsite attendance required (hybrid option based on performance).
• Proficiency in Windows, MS Office, and G-Suite.
• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to members, physicians, and pharmacies.
• Follow up, resolve, and document member issues; route inquiries for investigation.
• Educate members about their pharmacy benefits.
• Aim for one-call resolution by becoming an expert in Pharmacy Benefits Management.
• Maintain HIPAA and PII when handling sensitive information.
• Demonstrate empathy and urgency in addressing member requests.
