Crothall Healthcare is seeking an Operations Manager in Detroit, MI to oversee the support services operational needs of the department. You will coordinate frontline associates and act as liaison between administration and unit departments to deliver the highest level of service.

Essential duties include planning staffing, hiring and training, supervising staff, conducting inspections, and monthly goal reporting. Strong leadership and MS Office proficiency are required.

Qualifikationen

• 4 years of experience in support services, military, housekeeping, or facilities maintenance.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a high-contact support services role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to multi-task and prioritize.
