Located in Las Vegas, NV, the job pays $18/hour with a standard 8-hour shift within operating hours. You will assist with member accounts, enrollment, scheduling, and prescription questions while providing provider resources and product education.

Qualifications

This is a full time, onsite opportunity with paid training and immediate openings.

Pay: $18/hr

About the Role

Daily responsibilities include assisting with member accounts, appointment scheduling, enrollment, prescription related questions, provider resources, product education, and general service inquiries.

Operating Hours

Sunday through Saturday

5:30 AM to 11:30 PM

Employees will be assigned an 8-hour shift within the operating hours. Work schedules and days off are assigned after training. (Must have open availability within these hours.)

Required Qualifications

• Background in healthcare, health insurance, patient support, membership services, or contact centers.
• Experience using CRM software, case management systems, or customer support platforms.
• Strong technical aptitude and confidence learning new software.
• Experience working in performance driven customer service environments.
