HCA Healthcare, Inc. in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Supply Chain Technician to manage receipt, keying, and distribution of supplies within the facility. The role includes maintaining storeroom safety stock levels, performing physical inventories, and ensuring accurate input into the SMART system.

You will deliver supplies, manage stock, review Min/Max levels, and support POU areas. This position emphasizes accuracy, timeliness, and collaboration with nurses and POU staff.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate / GED required.
• Previous stock clerk experience preferred.
• Some hospital supply experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver supplies in an accurate and timely manner.
• Authorize transport and delivery of legend drugs, non-prescription drugs, contrast media and drug-containing devices as per position.
• Place safety stock in proper location.
• Receive expedited deliveries and input into the SMART system, then deliver to appropriate departments.
• Receive cross-docked items into the SMART system as appropriate.
• Review Min/Max for storeroom safety stock daily and place orders accordingly.
• Count par level areas (POU areas) weekly per schedule.
• Ensure POU items have the correct barcodes.
• Perform QA random checks on totes per approved policy.
• Rotate stock in POU areas and backup storeroom areas to prevent expirations.
• Check after-hour logs for charges and prevent recurrence.
• React to POU critical point messages and stock outs appropriately.
• Process all returns to vendor or to backup stock.
• Assist POU Station personnel and nurses with problems and questions.
