Job summary

CHS Career Site seeks a Supply Chain Technician to ensure the accurate flow of supplies within the facility. You will receive, stock, and distribute materials per established inventory procedures, keeping storerooms and POC locations organized and compliant with safety standards.

Responsibilities include inventory counts, processing shipments, data entry in the ERP, FIFO-based stocking, maintaining min/max levels, and delivering items with proper documentation to departments.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory calculations and basic quantity tracking.
• Familiarity with ERP or inventory systems and data entry.
• Ability to lift, move, and transport materials safely.

Responsibilities

• Receives, inspects, and processes incoming shipments, verifying contents against packing slips.
• Stocks storeroom and warehouse items using FIFO to ensure inventory rotation.
• Maintains safety stock levels by reviewing min/max quantities for storeroom and POC areas.
• Performs periodic inventory counts and resolves discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
• Picks and stages supplies based on requisitions and documents deliveries with signatures.
• Maintains PAR locations with proper labeling and orderly restocking.
