Job summary

Allina Health is seeking a part-time Supply Chain Operations Handler at St Francis Regional Medical Center in Shakopee, MN. The role supports delivery of essential supplies, patient care, and collaboration with clinical staff to ensure bedside needs are met.

Responsibilities include receiving, stocking, cycle counting, courier setup, and ERP reporting. Flexible shifts include day/evening with every-other weekend rotation for a .5 FTE position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or Vocational degree preferred.
• 0–2 years warehouse/inventory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receives, sorts, puts away, picks and delivers supplies, mail, patient records and other items as required.
• Stocks items needed.
• Rotates stock and checks for outdates.
• Scans/hand counts and counts cycle counting.
• Labels and stickers product as needed.
• Ships, receives and completes courier setup.
• Pulls reports out of ERP systems (Lawson/Infor/Workday/PeopleSoft) when needed.
• Answers phones.
• Troubleshoots concerns and escalates as appropriate.
• Maintains stocking locations.
• Ensures shift work is complete.
