Job summary

Allina Health in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Handler to receive, put-away, pick and deliver supplies to patient areas, working closely with clinical staff to ensure timely availability at the bedside. This 1.0 FTE role (40 hours per week) offers a day/evening 8-hour shift with every other weekend rotation.

You will use ERP systems like Lawson/Infor/Workday to pull reports, maintain stocking locations, and support efficient operations across the United Materials Management

Qualifications

• 18 years of age and required competencies
• Preferred: High school diploma or GED, Associate's or Vocational degree
• 0 to 2 years Warehouse/Inventory experience

Responsibilities

• General supply handling: receives, sorts, puts away, picks and delivers supplies, mail, patient records and other items; stocks items; rotates stock; scans/hand counts; labels products; ships and receives; pulls ERP reports when needed.
• Customer service: answers phones and troubleshoots concerns
• Maintain stocking locations: cleans and organizes stock rooms
• Ensures shift work is complete
• Other duties as assigned
