Job summary

Allina Health is seeking a Supply Chain Inventory Coordinator to support hospital inventory operations across our Minnesota system. You will manage inventory accuracy, par levels, and automated ordering, collaborating with clinical and materials teams to keep supplies available for patient care.

This 1.0 FTE, 8-hour day shift role involves ERP-based analysis, reporting, and ensuring timely replenishment while maintaining compliance with contracts and standards across the Mercy Materials

Qualifications

• 0 to 2 years working with an ERP inventory management system such as Workday or Infor.
• 2 to 5 years of Supply Chain Management, clinical healthcare, or hospital operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field

Responsibilities

• Conducts inventory management, general picking, delivery and stocking.
• Manage supply cart inventory and par locations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues preventing optimal inventory management.
• Pull and analyze ERP reports (e.g., Lawson/Infor/Workday/PeopleSoft).
• Coordinate with clinical staff on product stability, usage, and new product introduction.
• Initiate inventory optimization and drive contract compliance.
• Handle sourcing, ordering, and vendor interactions; manage recalls and consignment inventory.
