Allina Health is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Handler in Shakopee, MN to ensure essential supplies are delivered accurately and efficiently within a patient‑centered healthcare system.

The role involves receiving, put‑away, picking and delivering supplies, working with clinical staff to avoid supply issues and support bedside care. The position is 0.5 FTE with 8-hour day/evening shifts and every‑other weekend rotation.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Associate’s or vocational degree preferred.

Mansioni

• General supply handling.
• Receives, sorts, puts away, picks and delivers supplies, mail, patient records and other items as required.
• Stocks items needed and rotates stock; checks for outdates.
• Performs scanning, hand counts and cycle counting.
• Labels and stickers products as needed.
• Ships, receives and completes courier setup.
• Pulls reports from ERP systems (e.g., Lawson/Infor, Workday, PeopleSoft) when needed.
• Answers phones and provides customer service; troubleshoots concerns as appropriate.
• Maintains stocking locations; cleans and organises stock rooms.
• Ensures shift work is completed.
• Other duties as assigned.
