Job summary

Allina Health is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Handler at United Materials Management in Saint Paul, MN. This full-time role (1.0 FTE) covers day/evening shifts with every-other weekend rotation, 40 hours per week, ensuring supplies reach patient care areas accurately and on time.

You will receive, put away, pick and deliver supplies, assist with stock, cycle counts, and ERP reporting. Prior warehouse experience is preferred; a high school diploma or GED is required, with an associate degree

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Associate's or Vocational degree preferred.
• 0–2 years of Warehouse/Inventory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receives, sorts, puts away, picks and delivers supplies, mail, patient records and other items as required.
• Stocks items needed; rotates stock and checks for outdates.
• Performs scans/hand counts and cycle counting; labels and stickers products as needed.
• Ships, receives and completes courier setup; pulls ERP reports when needed.
