Job summary

Allina Health is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Handler to ensure essential supplies are delivered accurately and efficiently within a collaborative healthcare system.

You will manage receiving, put-away, picking and delivering supplies, working with clinical staff to prevent stockouts and to keep the bedside stocked. The role supports ERP reporting and daily warehouse operations in a mission-driven health system.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age with education and/or experience to meet required functional competencies as listed on the job description
• High school diploma or GED; Associate’s or Vocational degree preferred; 0–2 years warehouse/inventory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• General supply handling: receives, sorts, puts away, picks and delivers supplies, mail, patient records and other items as required
• Stocks items needed and rotates stock; checks for outdates
• Scans/hand counts and counts cycle counting; labels and stickers products
• Ships, receives and completes courier setup; pulls ERP reports when needed (Lawson/Infor/Workday/PeopleSoft)
• Answers phones and troubleshoots concerns; escalates appropriately
• Maintains stocking locations and cleans/organizes stock rooms
• Ensures shift work is completed; performs other duties as assigned

Education

High school diploma or GED

Associate’s or Vocational degree

0 to 2 years Warehouse/Inventory experience
