Qualifications

• Minimum three years in healthcare, consulting or healthcare operations with healthcare focus.
• Strong Excel and modeling skills; ability to build synergy analyses and pro forma cash flows.
• Ability to communicate findings to diverse client teams and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial and operational models to assess client performance.
• Conduct benchmarking and root-cause analyses to identify improvement opportunities.
• Map processes, perform gap analyses and manage client/internal projects.
• Conduct client interviews and synthesize actionable items for improvement.
• Prepare client-ready deliverables and assist with presentations and proposals.
