Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years in healthcare, consulting, or healthcare operations.
- BA/BS or MBA/MS in accounting/finance or related field.
- Strong Excel modeling and financial statement analysis skills.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial and operating models for client engagements.
- Perform benchmarking and root cause analyses to identify improvement opportunities.
- Map processes and conduct gap analyses coordinating client and internal workstreams.
- Conduct client interviews and observations to define current state and actionable items.
- Analyze data for root cause and support KPI development.
- Prepare client-ready deliverables and contribute to presentations and proposals.
- Lead assigned workstreams and drive projects to completion.
