You will build and refine models, conduct benchmarking, map processes, perform root-cause analyses, and deliver client-ready recommendations across engagements, collaborating with senior teams and stakeholders. Occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in healthcare consulting or healthcare industry roles.
• BA/BS or MBA/MS with relevant focus as listed.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare industry and financial modeling.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with client-facing experience.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial and operational models for client engagements.
• Benchmark performance and conduct root-cause analyses.
• Map processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct client interviews and synthesize findings into actionable items.
• Analyze data and develop KPI-focused insights.
• Prepare client-ready deliverables and presentations.
• Lead or support workstreams to drive project completion.
