Job summary

Prominence Health is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Program Manager to lead key strategic projects, develop commercial and Medicare Advantage products, and drive system improvements across the enterprise.

The role coordinates leadership and cross-functional teams, ensuring timely, budget-conscious completion of initiatives, with regular travel to engage stakeholders and industry events.

Qualifications

• Experience with NCQA, URAC or other health plan accreditation standards.
• Knowledge of Medicare Advantage, DMAP, CMS bid processes and managed care programs.
• PMO leadership and budgeting experience across large programs.
• PMP, PgMP or Agile certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive strategic projects and programs across Prominence Health enterprise.
• Develop and implement commercial and Medicare Advantage products and vendor selections.
• Coordinate leadership and cross-functional teams; ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery.
• Support business teams in development, implementation, and compliance for clients and vendors.
• Travel up to 25% to meet stakeholders and attend industry events.
