Job summary

Prominence Health is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Development to guide our product strategy across commercial and Medicare Advantage lines, coordinating with business leaders, technical teams, actuarial stakeholders, and external partners. This role oversees development, implementation, and compliance of new and renewing products, and ensures timely regulatory filings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in healthcare administration, communications or business.
• 5+ years in health insurance or product management roles focusing on commercial products.
• Experience with regulatory filings and compliance for health plans.
• Strong ability to manage multiple initiatives with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development for commercial and Medicare Advantage products.
• Oversee Bid and AEP project management and regulatory deliverables.
• Analyze product performance and provide market intelligence.
• Collaborate with Sales, Compliance, IT and vendor partners to align strategy and execution.
• Monitor financial impact of plan changes and track growth metrics.
