Job summary
Universal Health Services, Inc. seeks a Strategic Initiatives Program Manager to lead key strategic projects across Prominence Health. You will drive development of commercial and Medicare Advantage products, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage vendor selection and implementation.
Regular travel to engage stakeholders is required. The role emphasizes organizational alignment, budget-conscious delivery, and supporting onboarding for new clients and contracts within a large health system
Qualifications
- Experience in coordinating complex cross-functional initiatives with regulatory and payer considerations.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred for advanced roles.
- PM certification and Agile experience are highly valued.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and timelines across multiple workstreams.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic initiatives and programs within Prominence Health and UHS.
- Develop and implement commercial and Medicare Advantage products and related infrastructure.
- Coordinate vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Support client development, implementation, and regulatory/compliance activities.
