Job summary

Prominence Health, part of Universal Health Services, is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Program Manager to drive commercial and Medicare Advantage product initiatives, system enhancements, and vendor selections across the enterprise.

You will coordinate leadership and cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and budgets, and support onboarding of new clients and programs. Regular travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with NCQA/URAC accreditations and federal healthcare laws.
• 8+ years in project/portfolio management and strategy in healthcare.
• 5+ years managing product strategy; CMS bid/dual-eligibles experience preferred.
• PMI/PgMP or Agile certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial and Medicare Advantage product initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage budgets/timelines.
• Support vendor selection and implementation across programs.
• Travel up to 25% to engage stakeholders and events.
