Job summary

Prominence Health, part of Universal Health Services (UHS), seeks a Senior Manager of Product Development to guide our product strategy by aligning with business leaders, technical teams, actuarial stakeholders, and external partners. You will drive commercial and Medicare Advantage product development and ensure regulatory filings are managed efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, communications or business required.
• 5+ years in health insurance product management or related field preferred.
• Experience managing commercial and MA products lifecycle and pricing.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and CMS submissions.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead program delivery for product development initiatives.
• Manage Bid and AEP project timelines and deliverables.
• Perform product analysis and monitor market intelligence.
• Track financial and growth impact of changes to benefits.
• Coordinate CMS/regulatory deliverables and submissions.
• Support SNP model of care and vendor implementations.
