Cross Country Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to deliver first-line support for our field staff and client facilities in the Houston area.

You will collaborate with clients to determine staffing needs, offer assignments, and efficiently manage open orders using staffing platforms and email. You will build strong relationships with clients and staff, resolve concerns promptly, and contribute to a culture of service excellence within a leading tech-enabled workforce solutions

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in staffing preferred.
• Strong computer and analytical skills; proficient with Microsoft Outlook.
• Healthcare or call center experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Provide first level support to field staff and facility customers.
• Partner with clients to determine staffing requirements and offer assignments.
• Manage staffing activities via calls, emails, and staffing platforms.
• Handle open orders and fill shifts with qualified staff.
• Communicate updates to staff and clients in a timely manner.
• Develop relationships between clients and field personnel.
• Resolve concerns to uphold quality and reputation.
