Kingwood Pines Hospital, a 116-bed facility northeast of Houston, seeks a Staffing Coordinator to manage scheduling, overtime tracking, and reporting to supervisors and HR. This role supports nursing units by forecasting staffing needs and coordinating 1:1 coverage and variances across shifts.

You will collaborate with nurse managers and unit leaders to observe acuity, prepare efficiency reports, and help ensure compliant, timely staffing.

Qualifications

• Healthcare scheduling experience in a clinical or administrative setting.
• Experience coordinating staff coverage and overtime reporting.

Responsabilités

• Provides tracking and reporting for overtime, productivity, tardiness, and per diem requirements.
• Responsible for staffing of facility and tracking 1:1 and variances.
• Collaborates with Nurse Managers, Supervisors to observe acuity and adjust staffing as needed.
• Develops relationships with supervisors regarding processes, reporting and data provision for staffing from shift to shift.
• Forecasts and plans nursing department staffing and succession.
