Responsabilités

• Track and report overtime, productivity, tardiness, and leave data.
• Staff facility shifts; monitor 1:1 and variances.
• Collaborate with Nurse Managers to observe acuity and staffing needs.
• Develop processes for data provision and reporting with supervisors.
• Forecast and plan staffing for the nursing department.
