Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year Staffing Coordinator experience with scheduling staff work schedules preferred.
• Prior experience with UKG scheduler preferred.
• Previous experience in hospital/behavioral health/mental health/human services preferred.
• Must have strong organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly, work pro-actively and collaborate within a team.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and staff Nursing and Residential Department for the facility.
• Create monthly schedules and daily assignment sheets for Nursing staff (RNs, Shift Supervisors, MH Technicians).
• Process time-off requests and manage shifts in the master scheduling system.
• Coordinate with Directors to ensure accurate hours for departments.
• Schedule patient appointments with approved facility drivers.
• On-call scheduling for emergencies may be required.
