Job summary

Recovery Centers of America is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to ensure safe, efficient staffing and fiscal accountability. You’ll partner with nursing leadership, department managers, HR, and executives to develop schedules, monitor overtime, and adjust staffing to census and budget.

You’ll create and maintain shift schedules in ShiftHound for all non-exempt staff, monitor PTO and call-offs, analyze daily reports, and present staffing insights to the CEO and senior leaders, while maintaining

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in health or human services field required; supervisory exp preferred.
• Experience with computerized scheduling systems (ShiftHound or similar).
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain schedules for all non-exempt employees in ShiftHound.
• Collaborate with department directors to ensure daily staffing levels.
• Monitor overtime, PTO requests, and call-outs within budget guidelines.
• Complete and analyze daily reports and present staffing data to leadership.
• Adjust staffing plans based on census changes and approvals.
• Oversee call-off and cancellation processes per policy.
• Develop collaborative relationships with staff to balance needs and fairness.
• Communicate daily staffing updates to overnight supervisors.
