Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing coverage for census fluctuations and other absences.
• Call, pull, cancel and adjust shift assignments to balance workloads.
• Communicate with Nurse Managers, Directors and House Supervisors about staffing.
• Produce staffing reports and data to inform efficiency.
• Assist in maximizing patient flow across departments.
• Enter staffing and census data into scheduling software daily.
• Support scheduling improvements and address problems.
• Participate in Joint Commission processes related to staffing.
