Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years clerical experience in a health care setting preferred.
• Demonstrates general computer skills including: data entry, word processing, email, and record management.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality.
• Ability to work closely and professionally with others.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for activities which ensure the hospital is appropriately staffed at all times, including scheduling and sometimes recruiting.
• Integrates the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.
