Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate unit staffing plans and assess staffing needs.
• Schedule nursing personnel hours and adjust staffing as required.
• Call in replacement personnel under nursing leadership guidance.
• Assist with HR forms/processes: status changes, new hire forms, requisitions, interviews tracking, evaluations and absences.
• Perform timecard edits and run attendance reports.
