Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with staffing/time-management experience.
• Two years of equivalent work experience.
• Must read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily unit staffing by monitoring patient census and acuity, coordinating shift-to-shift assignments and replacements.
• Maintain accurate records of schedules, staff attendance, and personnel information within department databases.
• Generate and distribute staffing projections and reports to unit leadership for payroll accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Provide professional communication and support to all staff while assisting nursing administration with daily office tasks.
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of contract personnel including credentialing, orientation, competency tracking, and invoice reconciliation.
• Conduct regular audits of staffing data and contract documentation to ensure regulatory compliance and operational readiness.
