Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of Staffing/Time Management experience.
• Must read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily unit staffing by monitoring census and acuity, coordinating shift changes and replacements.
• Maintain accurate records of schedules, attendance, and personnel information in department databases.
• Generate and distribute staffing projections and reports to unit leadership for efficient operations and payroll accuracy.
• Provide professional communication and support to all staff while assisting nursing administration with daily office tasks.
• Oversee lifecycle of contract personnel including credentialing, orientation, competency tracking, and invoice reconciliation.
• Conduct regular audits of staffing data and contract documentation for regulatory compliance and readiness.
