Job summary

Responsibilities

• Answer the telephone professionally and courteously within defined time.
• Coordinate patient appointments and provider schedules across departments.
• Enter orders into Meditech and verify clinical history.
• Distribute reports and maintain patient records per regulatory requirements.
• Train staff on Meditech modules and assist radiology scheduling.
