Kids for the Future is seeking a Staffing Specialist in Shawnee, OK to support applicant screening, onboarding coordination, and recurring clinical scheduling. You will work closely with internal teams and facility partners to ensure timely provider coverage in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Comfortable learning and navigating staffing, scheduling, and compliance systems.
• Must be available to be placed on monthly “on-call” schedule.

Responsibilities

• Screen and review applicant submissions to ensure minimum qualifications are met.
• Coordinate and support staffing onboarding processes, including documentation collection, tracking compliance items, and assisting with pre-hire requirements.
• Work closely with the Clinical Compliance Specialist to support compliance tracking, credentialing needs, and onboarding readiness.
• Work closely with the Clinical Scheduler to assist with recurring scheduling needs, shift coordination, and coverage support as assigned.
• Collaborate client partners to provide scheduling support, assist with provider placement, and ensure coverage needs are met.
• Assist the Staffing Director with assigned projects, administrative tasks, and operational support as needed.
• Maintain accurate and organized records related to applicants, onboarding status, scheduling activity, and facility communication.
• Communicate professionally with internal team members, candidates, and facility contacts to support efficient workflow and timely follow-up.
• Participate in the on-call rotation as assigned to support after-hours staffing needs, including scheduling issues, call-ins, and coverage requests.
• Escalate issues appropriately to leadership when needed during on-call coverage.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
