Job summary

Comfort Healthcare Centers is seeking an experienced Staffing Coordinator to join our team. You will partner with Human Resources to recruit, source, and hire qualified caregivers and design staffing plans that meet patient care needs.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to create shift schedules for RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, and to generate reports for leadership. We offer comprehensive benefits and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Staffing Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Critical thinker with problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and implement a sustainable staffing strategy.
• Design and plan work shift schedules for Rn, Lpn and CNA staff.
• Create daily staffing assignments and reports for leadership.
• Analyze staffing needs and staff accordingly with Nursing Administration.
• Assist in candidate screening, interviewing and onboarding.
• Support yearly staff evaluations and orientation.
