Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly nursing schedules.
• Coordinate with DON to secure coverage for shifts and vacancies.
• Prepare daily staffing reports and track nursing hours.
• Verify attendance and correct time punches.
• Monitor census changes and adjust staffing accordingly.
• Prepare daily hours reports for leadership and compliance.
• Implement staffing strategies to improve patient care and staff satisfaction.
