Job summary

Complete Care at Cedar Grove is seeking a Staffing Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment. You will ensure the center has the right team in place, working closely with leadership, HR, Recruiting, and department heads to support residents and staff.

The ideal candidate brings strong communication and organizational skills, experience in long-term care, and familiarity with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Degree in Human Resources preferred, but not required.
• Two years of Long-Term Care experience as Staffing Coordinator preferred.
• NJ CNA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain accurate staff schedules.
• Monitor and maintain records of call-outs, tardiness, and early departures.
• Partner with HR on employee retention and recruitment initiatives.
• Assist with annual performance review processes as needed.
• Coordinate interviews with Recruiting and department heads.
• Communicate staffing needs and scheduling updates effectively.
