Responsibilities

• Create & Maintain Staff Schedules – ensure nursing teams are scheduled for all shifts with full coverage.
• Monitor Staffing Levels – track availability, request time off, adjust schedules as needed.
• Coordinate with Nursing & HR Teams – collaborate with leadership to resolve staffing challenges.
• Ensure Compliance with Regulations – ensure staffing aligns with state and federal rules.
• Assist with On-Call Staff Scheduling – coordinate on-call nurses as needed.
• Handle Staffing Changes – respond to absences or shift swaps to maintain operations.
• Maintain Records – keep accurate records of schedules and attendance.

Your Responsibilities:

• Create & Maintain Staff Schedules – Ensure nursing teams are scheduled appropriately for all shifts, ensuring full coverage.
• Monitor Staffing Levels – Track staff availability, request time off, and adjust schedules as necessary.
• Coordinate with Nursing & HR Teams – Collaborate with nursing leadership to resolve staffing challenges and maintain adequate staffing levels.
• Ensure Compliance with Regulations – Ensure staffing is in line with state and federal regulations, including staffing ratios.
• Assist with On-Call Staff Scheduling – Coordinate on-call nurses as needed.
• Handle Staffing Changes – Quickly respond to last-minute changes, including absences or shift swaps, to maintain smooth operations.
• Maintain Records – Keep accurate records of staff schedules, attendance, and shift changes.

Qualifications:

• Previous Experience in Staffing Coordination or Scheduling (Preferred).
• Strong Organizational & Time Management Skills.
• Excellent Communication & Problem-Solving Abilities.
• Proficiency in Scheduling Software (Preferred).
• Ability to Multitask & Work Under Pressure.
• Attention to Detail & Accuracy.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills – Ability to work effectively with nursing staff and leadership.
